Su, Hue-Yu was born in Taipei, Taiwan in 1976, and graduated from the Taipei National University of the Arts in 2002. Su Hue-Yu participated in the 1999"228 Memorial Exhibition – Historical Scene and Image" at the Taipei Fine Arts Museum. In 2002, Su took part in the exhibition entitled"CO2 – Taiwan Avant-garde Documenta" in Huashan Arts District, Taipei. In 2005, he participated in the"Pseudo Hacker's Art in Parallel Zone" at Taipei MOCA and the"Taiwan- China Performance Art Meeting" at the Taipei and Kaohsiung Fine Arts Museums.
Su Hui Yu is a poet, graphic designer, and video/multimedia artist who lives in Taipei. He has exhibited and performed throughout Taiwan since 1998 and was artist in residence at the 18th Street Arts Center in 2004.
