Born in 1983m Chang Li-Ren was graduated from the Graduate Institute of Plastic Arts at Tainan National University of the Arts. He is best known for the narrative of his artworks. His works, ranging from video installation, conceptual art projects, and animation, are mostly about the intermediary imagination between the surreal and the realistic. He has won the 2009 Kaohsiung Award, the 7th Taoyuan Contemporary Arts Award (2009), the 2009 Taipei Award, and was nominated by the 8th Taishin Arts Award in 2010.
