The Body

Constantly rubbing against baloons, entangling, the stockings reach balance in various shapes and forms; the pale orange, fluorescent green, magenta, and light purple stockings are entangled and dragged on the floor like catepillars. After repetitive labor, these bodies, like the limbs of unknown creatures or various organic forms, show colorful bruises after tiresome labors.

Regardless how much memory, desire and power these colorful masses absorb; these bodies are bound toward withering, entangling, restrain, implosion and expression of power. This condition is a rupture, but also fulfillment; both fullness and emptiness.

But I always try to save a bit of tail from the body. This is small space is the life-saiving cure, or the exit. It will save you from exploding with over-inflated stomach.

Chu-chu-chu-, the sound of the plastic rubbing, accompanying piercing noise, always looking for an exit.

The world

Constructed with longitude and latititude forming a sphere-like shape echo the concept of the world, as well as an indication of location.

“Stay in the mind” is a spatial documentation by examing the location of a constantly moving body. The process of creation - constanly looking closely and far away, knitting, connecting, correcting - like the process of painting, constructs the view of the world in my mind.

The planning of the work, requires my sensation and my emotional state, act as a guide toward destruction of the balance. The tension of every point, break and hag at various place on longitude and latititude act as the support for the world.

Confronting the paintingly wall, my body continuously exercise in those three processes, slowly forming the beautiful, pure world in my mind, even though it is unbalanced, emotional yet seemingly calm; beatyiful yet imperfect.

The light

The luminous light holds the world from destruction.
